FREE SHIPPING!

TILOS offers Free Standard Ground shipping on all orders in the continental United States. 

ORDER SHIPMENTS

Ship only to a residence or business address. No freight forwarders or shipping companies.

We are currently shipping within 1-2 business days for all in-stock orders.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Additional fees apply for international orders.

We offer Express shipping options for an additional fee. 

FREE STANDARD GROUND

Continental USA orders shipped via Free Standard Ground typically arrive in three (3) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) depending on the shipping address. Standard Ground shipments are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground at the discretion of Tilos. User may choose alternative shipping options for a fee.

We offer UPS 3 Day (typically 3-day delivery time), UPS 2nd Day Air (typically 2-day delivery time) and UPS Next Day Air Saver (typically 1-day delivery).

TIERED RATE SHIPPING OPTIONS 

Our shipping prices are tiered and vary depending on the size of your order and the shipping method you have chosen.  Your package arrival date is based on your address, the shipping method selected and the date and time in which you place your order. We ship from Pomona, CA, USA.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains all details regarding your shipment including shipping method and tracking number.
